As an interior designer, I have the privilege of transforming spaces into living works of art, where functionality meets beauty in perfect harmony. My academic has been versatile, I have gained MBA degree in Finance from Jaipur rajasthan, MBA in marketing from Netherland university, Designing has been my passions which I gained from Sydney Aus. In year of 2008-09 For me, interior design is more than just arranging furniture or picking out colors; it’s about telling a story. Each room I design has its own narrative, a reflection of the personalities and lifestyles of those who inhabit it.0

When it comes to designs, I follow the "Less is more" approach and strive towards achieving an understated Luxe factor in all our designs with the emphasis being on the spatial experience for the end user. I at BCD believe that my versatility is my strength and this allows me to create elegant designs that range from modern and minimal to contemporary-classical- with an emphasis, however, always on MODERN

Design Philosophy

A key part of the firm's ethos is the value it places on the principle of Quality rather than Quantity. I believe in creating bespoke spaces that are beautiful, functional and tailor-made towards the client's lifestyle. I am very careful to avoid run of the mill, repetitive and mass produced work. BCD also believes that the end user or the client has an important role in the creative process.

Our Design Process

At Bhargav’s Custom Decor, we follow a comprehensive design process to ensure that every project is executed seamlessly and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Here’s an overview of our design process

Based on the information gathered during the consultation, our design team develops initial concepts and ideas for the project. We present these concepts to the client for feedback and discussion, incorporating their input to refine and finalize the design direction.

Space Planning and Layout

Once the overall design concept is approved, we proceed with space planning and layout development. We carefully analyze the spatial requirements and functionality of the space, creating floor plans and layout options that optimize flow, usability, and aesthetics.

Material Selection

  • With the layout finalized, we move on to selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures for the project. We consider factors such as durability, aesthetics, sustainability, and budget, presenting the client with options and samples to choose from.

Design and Costing

LAYOUT PLANNING

The furniture layout is what creates the foundation for the entire design. We start the design process by exploring different internal configurations and give you multiple options to consider. We then review all the possibilities with you in detail to ensure that you select the option that meets all of your unique functional requirements.

DESIGN PRESENTATION

Keeping your style preferences in mind, we present you with multiple design concepts for each area of your space. Each concept represents a distinct design direction so that you can better understand which style suits your taste and lifestyle. These are discussed with you in detail before a singular design theme is finalized.

3D VIEWS

Once the concept is established, we create 3D models of the interior areas together with all the design elements, finishes, and furniture pieces. This gives you a realistic view of what your space will look like after the execution has been completed.

COSTING

In the case of our turnkey contracting service, the detailed costing for the project is determined in tandem with the material selection and construction documents to give you a broad understanding of the project budget. This process helps to ascertain commercial viability earlier in the process and to minimize cost overruns..

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS

Once all the design elements have been finalized, our skilled draughtsman create detailed construction document sets which are then issued to the execution teams at the site. Combined with detailed material specifications, our thorough construction drawings leave no room for ambiguity ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution.

MATERIAL SELECTION

To streamline and simplify the selection process, we assemble all the material samples for you in our office so that all materials and finishes may be reviewed simultaneously. This process enables you to visualize how multiple elements will integrate and eventually lends to a more cohesive and harmonious design.
